Glenn Beck: The Perfect Day – Are Terrorists Planning An American Beslan?

(NTARC) This week, Glenn Beck is running a series on CNN called “The Perfect Day” and he’s talking about it on his radio show. Anyone who is truly concerned for the safety of this country and it’s children needs to watch and listen.

So what is “The Perfect Day”

It’s the day that Americans are killed on an unprecedented scale. It’s the day that no one, not even our children sitting in their classrooms at school, are safe. It’s the day that seemingly isolated incidents all converge into the greatest threat this country has ever experienced or imagined. It’s the day that the Islamist jihad against the West begins in earnest. It’s “The Perfect Day” – and it’s only perfect if you’re a terrorist.

Glenn Beck is focusing on one part of The Perfect Day theory: the threat of massive, coordinated attacks against our schools and school buses. Last night on television, Lt. Col. Joe Ruffini, a counterterrorism expert, told us about some of the evidence and suspicious incidents that have occurred recently – both overseas and right here in America.

Glenn Beck is right on the money: America must acknowledge, prepare for, and, most importantly, work together to prevent Al Qaeda attacks against our schools. – Lieutenant Colonel Joe Ruffini, U.S. Army (Ret)

Former FBI Special Agent Don Clark lent his credibility and experience to the threat and helped explain the fine line that government officials must walk between panic and preparation.

Terrorists don’t just target big buildings, airports, refineries or ship channels. They also target something very near and dear to our hearts and souls: our children.

Most of us understand that terrorists’ primary objective is to instill fear in each and every one of us. Fear makes everything else possible. What better way to achieve that goal than to attack our schools and murder our children?

A plot that shocking would, without question, strike fear into all of our hearts. No one, from the farmer in Wisconsin to the banker in Manhattan would feel safe anymore. – By Fmr. FBI Special Agent Don Clark

Tonight Beck showed what happened during the Beslan school siege with John Giduck, author of Terror at Beslan and Brad Thor, author of The First Commandment.

The most horrific aspect of all of this, is that the same or worse could happen here and very little is being done to raise awareness of the threat. Several pieces of evidence point to the possibility that a plan for “The Perfect Day” is not only real but is much closer than we would like to think.

Bits of evidence are popping up in newspapers across the country but few people are connecting the dots.

Evidence including:

Internet Chatter

Training Videos Confiscated In Terrorist Raids In Iraq and Afghanistan

17 Missing School Buses in Houston

Stolen School Radios In The Northwest

Information provided by detainees at Guantanamo

Arrests In Florida of 2 Middle Eastern Men Who Boarded A Public School Bus

Reports of individuals survailing schools from various locations around the county.

So What can you do?

Watch the program…and tell others.

Tonights segment is on CNN at 7:00pm and you can listen to Glenn’s Radio Show from 9:00am -12:00 noon.

  1. I have been watching Beck’s series this week and absolutely screaming this information at anyone who will listen. I am a public school teacher and this is my most vivid nightmare. Beslan can most certainly be visited on the school population of this country. We need this information at the forefront of every news broadcast instead of items concerning pop culture and who is in rehab.

  2. Glen Beck is a racist and a fascist filled with hate. I would not even think about watching his propagandist show. The mere fact of him having this series makes the theory that we will be attacked soon even stronger, but not by an outside source, and definitely not by Iran, Iraq, or any other country. It will be a false-flag operation done by our own government. Look it up, it’s not the first time they did anything like that. Bush stated a couple of months ago that “when” (not if) the next catastrophic event happens, he’s suspending the Constitution and putting martial law. So yes, something will happen soon, but not from an outside source, even though the blame will be put on one.

  3. Hmmmm…seems to me that you folks should worry more about Xtians like Cho Seung-Hui, Dylan Klebold (born of Sept. 11, 1981 — strange coincidence?) & Eric Harris, or any other host of school rampage shooters — instead of fear mongering and creating hatred against any particular religious minority.

Why not at least try to eliminate the violence that permeates through so much of this culture — consider violent images/ideas in video games, movies, and music for example.

Glen Beck’s rhetoric doesn’t come as much of a surprise…perhaps he isn’t bothered that some schools in America already look like urban combat zones. Beck might first want to take a tour of public schools in any of America’s inner cities first, if he has the courage.

  10. I am confounded by some of the comments. Glenn Beck is probably one of the better news shows on the tube today. He actually tries to show it like it is without the spin appplied by so many other news shows.
I will never understand how some of you seem to think that what is happening would not happen if we just turned our bellies up and surrendered.
What would life be like then?
Women forced to dress in totally outlandish clothes, not allowed to go to school, treated essentially as slaves. Is that what you want?
People being forced to kneel facing Mecca several times a day with calls to prayer boomed out of loud speakers. Is that what you want?
I am in agreement with this blog and applaud the people who put it together!!!!
That does not mean that I believe in Christianity the same way they do, but then in America I am not forced to!

  12. I could not believe, after 911, now, 6 years later, that we have done nothing to protect this country from illegal alien entry…I thought that 3,000 innocent people loosing their lives would wake this coutry up….but it did not….we live in our own protective plastic bubbles away from reality, and refuse to acknowledge how this affects us…as long as it doesn’t happen in our little communities. Well, it’s coming, and it will be our own faults, political correctness will be our demise….and yet, we crave gossip about movies stars….shesh, says alot about the mentality of this country.

  13. If someone were to tell you that 911 were going to happen, what would you have said, and how naive, that we still continue to live in denial? How utterly stupid of our society. And simply b/c Glen Beck is Republican…this is not about a party people, and when you start to realize that, something will be done…until then we are wide open and vulnerable…to more attacks…wake up and do something about this….

  14. When did Christians become Godless Leftist liberals?

I think Bill O’Rielly is a bag of hot air and also Glenn Beck.

BUT – they’re usually right on. I think both Beck and O’Rielly are two of the more “spin-less” commentators out there. I’m surprised that a network with a “US must lose” agenda suck as CNN allows Beck at all.

I’m all for keeping armed guards wherever necessary. Starting with the border.

Why are people ignoring the obvious : control our borders! As a sovereign nation that is not part of Mexico or Canada we have a right to control and track people who enter our country. Every other country on earth does.

If we controlled out borders, 9/11 would have been much more difficult, if not impossible. The US owes it to it’s own citizens to control the borders and keep out illegals. Illegals have no rights to be here. Go to Mexico illegally and see how you’re treated.

As to the people who say the war on terror is phony, consider how many people would have been killed in Germany if the spooks hadn’t been listening to overseas phone calls.

  15. I’ve only recently begun to listen to Glenn Beck on the radio. Only once in a while on TV. However, after 42 yrs. of gov’t service, I haave a slight grasp of how the system works and it is reactive rather than proactive. I remember one time when I was the warden of a prison and one of my associate wardens (whom I had learned by experience to trust his inforfmation..) came to me and told me there were strong rumors of an impending riot. I became proactive and swept through the prison picking up the main trouble makers and transferred them to another institution. The Director of the Corrections Dept removed me from my job and transferred me to a ‘desk’ assignment. The prison remained calm and peaceful because the trouble makers were gone. Years later, those inmate who were transferred sued the Director alleging that they were not safe in his prisons and guess what? they (the inmates) called me as an ‘expert’ witness. Shortly thereafter the Director was fired and our npaths happen cross one evening and he apologized to me for not backing me. Too much – too late. Thought affects action – as you think so you act. We would do well to look at the previous actions of those who threaten our country. Will they do it here? Who knows? But I do know that if they know we are prepared to deal with them and to do so decisively, they more than likely will back off. GO BECK!!!! Tell it like it is – if the politicos in Washington fail to act – shame on them and if you re-elect them – shame on you….!

  16. I’ve just started following this story. I don’t know a lot about Glenn Beck, my husband is a regular listener. I do know this. These threats can easily be proven or disproven. If all of the leads are real, then our govt should be able to verify and start warning us in all ways possible. To dismiss it because we don’t want to believe it’s possible or to be politically correct makes no sense in this day. The people that want us removed from the planet made it into our country and hit us in a way we never dreamed. Why is this any more unbelievable? It was done already. It’s been shown that they are willing. That not even our children have any significance to them.

I am very concerned what our communities will do in retaliation if this happens. I believe that we will play into their hands and many wonderful Moslem Americans will be at risk. I hope that the American Moslems do start to speak out, to publicly denounce the terrorism. We need to hear from them. Silence can be mistaken for approval.

  17. Beck a hate-monger? Silly people. No one is perfect, certainly not Beck, but he seems to try to be saying things that, if true, are of crucial concern. IF the “perfect day” scenario were to happen, does anyone doubt that in ungodly hate that is absolutely contrary to the will of God as revealed in Jesus Christ, many, many in the U.S. would react in hate and revenge by trying to kill any hapless Muslim that could be found? This of course would play into the hands of THOSE BEHIND THE SCENES WHO ARE SEEKING TO ORCHESTRATE A ONE-WORLD GOVERNMENT that would take tyrrany to a new level….martial law would likely be put into place, private guns taken away, etc., etc. What all of us must do is pray and keep on praying, and act as Christ calls us to, whether or not those filled with hate understand or not. And as to whether Islam is a “religion of peace”, I submit that those who unthinkingly parrot this have done little study of Islam, and certainly remember the atrocities of the Crusades without remembering what religion sought, almost from its inception, to conquer the entire world. One can face this reality without hate if truly in Christ, led by His Spitit. I certinly advocate only love, but the One who died and rose that all who will accept Him and follow Him in faith ALSO mentioned something about “wise as serpents and harmless as doves”. To face the reality of the Islamic fascists who desire all in the world to convert or die does not necessitate hate. Hate comes from the heart.

  19. It is coming to a point that most of us will welcome a police state or supreme world power in hopes of peace but we all know where the prophecy takes it… it’s going to happen.. it’s just a matter of time….we just have to do the best we can.

  20. A police state? Supreme world power? Are you f-in serious? We can and will crush these muzzie bastards. Grow a pair, throw out political correctness, and use common sense. Where have all the men in America gone?
We should end muslim immigration to the U.S. NOW, practicing islam in the U.S. should be outlawed today, every mosque in this country should be burned to the ground tonight. These people have said time and time again they want to kill you and me…when are you going to start believing them, AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT?
“Those who know nothing of Islam pretend that Islam counsels against war. Those who say this are witless.” ~Ayatollah Khomeini
I know it is a difficult concept to grasp for the average American…we are so sheltered from war, and have it so easy, but they REALLY DO WANT TO KILL US…the sooner you accept that fact, the easier it is to take the steps needed to protect ourselves.
Keep your eyes on Europe…when the blood flows in the streets there, we’ll have a good idea of what’s going to happen here.
Trust no muzzie. Befriend no muzzie. Fight them at every turn.

  21. It is sad to me that the driving factor for most of the evil doings in the world is poverty and hunger but we keep focusing on the terrorists in the middle east.

It is kind of laughable that in reality the threats of an ex-KGB owned Russia and an emerged China are probably more real than the mid-east terrorists of the world.

My sense of the whole thing is that in the next few years we will likely be facing greater power struggles than what is happening in the middle east. With so many resources being directed at Iraq, if I were in charge of Russia or China I would encourage the U.S. to weaken itself more by continuing this strategy.

  22. I can’t believe that there are actually people who believe that something like this can not really happen. It is that mentality that puts the US at risk. We are not fighting people that value life, but people that are proud when their child straps a bomb to themselves. Wake up!!!

  23. I am a teacher at a small (pop. 350) country high school. Neither we nor any other school, no matter how big or rich, can prevent a coordinated terrorist attack. By sheer good fortune someone might see the threat coming in time to stop it in isolated cases. We are at risk at every football and basketball game, in every assembly, on every bus route. Kids are probably safest in a classroom, because targets are dispersed in relatively small groups.

This is why it’s so important that we go where terrorists breed, hide and train. We must never tire or lose courage to seek out those who would kill our children and stop by any and all means. Islam has been a threat to civilization for 1300 years, and the plan for literal domination of the world and forced conversion of all humans everywhere to Islam has been the driving plan from the beginning. People who don’t get that, especially if they hold powerful positions, put every American (and every non-Muslim the world over) at risk.

  25. I am in security, and am appalled at the lack of profesionalism, training and quality of the security area in the U.S. For the most part, they are minimum wage, no training necessary, put a uniform on and go to work, jobs. When you try to act like a real security guard, they fire you because you are holding up the line, and upsetting people. In the meanwhile people want to KILL US, and OUR CHILDREN. They have no idea what is going on, just don’t bother them in there perfect little world. I have a feeling that their world is about to come crashing down around them.
The airports, schools, malls ect. are perfect places for a killing field. It is just a matter of time. Unarmed guards(because armed guards may accidently shoot someone, and guns are bad)are in these places, told to just observe and report. For minimum wage. Doubling out 16 hours a day so the bosses can put more money in their pockets.

So don’t worry… you won’t see any “Muslim” terrorists blowing themselves up in your high school, except for the ones in your head.

  28. Man I swear the more I see Dianarns comments the more I just have to wonder. Is this person just completely in denial or what. He or she speaks of “doing your research” but the only research he or she seems to be doing is some kind of ridiculus government conspiracy. Why dont you really do some research on terrorism. I wish I could tell you what I do for a living Dian but I cant. One thing I can say is the threat that we are speaking of is very real. Believe me my sources are very reliable, not some you tube video created by someone who just happens to not like the administration we have in America. Regardless who our president is this is a threat that every American should take seriously, not just the Beslan scenario but every type of terrorism threat. If you want to live in denial then more power to you, they do say ignorance is bliss. Unfortunately I cant share that bliss with you. Reality for me is just to real to ignore, and should be for every true red blooded American aswell. If you should choose to live in this bliss then you are only setting yourself up for a huge dissapointment.

The posting was about suspected terrorists whithin the U.S. who was buying school busses like ther was no tommorow, It even went as far as listing the school busses that was purchased in the past two weeks at that time by the suspects. The listings included place of purchase the make and models, vin numbers and even the price. Just some food for thought, I will try to find a link to the posting and put it on here for anyone Interested in viewing it. I would also like to add that this article I speak of was written by a team of investigaters who did the foot work to expose this threat.
P.S. This posting was written long before Glenn Beck ever started talking about ( The Perfect Day )

I am a student in high school and i really think something like this can happen it is a really serious matter. i have also noticed most liberal wont to ignore the situation but that will not help our country or us kids who go to the schools that are potentailly in danger. i really think there needs to be more drills for something like this at all schools because my dad brought to my attention and said that a school bus could be loaded with bombs and no one would think twice of it because buses are supposed to be at schools. which i absolutely believe i think that ALL schools should have at least 2 or 3 school or state officials check all buses to make sure everything is normal i also think busdrivers must have a bus driving certificate saying they are supposed to drive the bus because if us kids mean that much to you, you should be willing to take extreme measures. and last thing i have to say is Glenn i am sooo glad you are bringing this out because most americans wouldnt think twice about it. so thanks!!!
